Training with structure, not punishment
OMMEYA personal training is one-to-one coaching that takes the discipline of military preparation and applies it with care. Every programme starts from where you are today, not from where a generic plan assumes you should be. Sessions combine functional movement, strength work and conditioning, so what you build in the gym carries over into daily life, sport and long-term health.
Javier, your coach, spent years as an officer in the Mexican Army training people to perform under pressure and later created Drill Combat, a military-style training system that reached hundreds of participants. The OMMEYA approach is the evolution of that experience: structure that supports you rather than breaks you down, with recovery and balance built into the plan.
Training is available at our studio inside the Market Hall on The Shambles in Worcester city centre, with flexible options to fit around work and family. Because massage and recovery therapy are offered under the same roof, your programme can include hands-on recovery when it helps.
